Minsker Law may be required to share your personal information to the extent required by law, court process or regulation or to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.

Minsker Law never sells or trade your personal information to any third parties.

Again, there may be circumstances where you object to, or ask Minsker Law to restrict, the processing of your personal information but Minsker Law  is legally entitled or required to refuse that request;

Please note, however, that Minsker Law may still be entitled to process your personal information if it has another legitimate reason for doing so.
