About Jonathan Minsker
Jonathan Minsker has 30 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials and appeals. Jonathan has successfully represented private and publicly-traded companies, private equity firms, distressed debt funds, real estate funds and other investment vehicles in state and federal courts and in arbitrations.
Prior to forming Minsker Law, Jonathan was a partner with New York-based Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, and was the co-managing partner of Kasowitz's Miami office. During the years he was based in New York, Jonathan regularly was recognized in New York Metro Super Lawyers.
